Saturday, August 6, 20117234 viewsBen sent a photo of himself, Heath Miller and Brett Keisel posing in the Steelers locker room as they prepare to "suit up" for their roles as the Gotham Rogues in the movie, "Dark Knight Rises". The home team Rogues, coached by Bill Cowher, will take on the Rapid City Monuments at Heinz Field!
"I’m kind of getting everybody together. I heard it’s going to be a neat thing at the stadium. I don’t think it will be a big part, it’s not like we’re chasing Batman down or anything. It’s something neat that in 10 years or 20 years we can tell our kids we were in a movie. Thomas [Tull, the film’s executive producer] does movies big and I’m sure it will be a big-time movie and something fun to be part of." -- Ben
*Also playing "Rogues" are Hines Ward, Willie Colon, Maurkice Pouncey, Mike Wallace, Aaron Smith, Ryan Clark, Troy Polamalu, James Farrior and Casey Hampton.

“It’s fun. It’s neat to come out here, it’s an awesome honor and a privilege to be out here with some great players, and guys that you compete with, and to have fun with some of the defensive guys that you get into it with during the season (laughs).â€
Ben (935,535 votes) finished second in fan voting behind New England’s Tom Brady (1.45 mil votes). He remained at the #2 spot after voting was completed by NFL coaches and players.

June, 2014 - "Thank you Ben"1250 viewsDarin Hogan, a K9 officer in Roanoke County, VA asked us to share his email to Ben:
K9 Cash is a 2-year old Belgian Malinois. He is trained in drug detection and patrol work. Patrol entails suspect apprehension, tracking, and agression control. We work for the Roanoke County Police Department in Virginia.
Cash and I have been on the road for almost a year now and we love it. Cash has quite the knack for finding drugs.
Cash and I are both huge Steelers fans. I make it to at least one game a year (Cash stays home and watches on TV). Things aren’t looking good for me making a game this year but hopefully I can.
Just wanted to say, that although I’ve always been a Steelers fan – I’m even more proud to be one and a fan of Ben’s because of his foundation and his love and support for Police K9′s across the country!
