July, 2013 - Big Ben in VA Beach452 views"Ben was a class act. I asked him for a picture and he did not hesitate at all! He got right up and took a picture with me and my buddy, Doug Tojeiro. Ben was not looking for any attention or anything - he was just like a regular person in Buffalo Wild Wings. I also wished him the best of luck this upcoming season. Stand up guy, he was a down to earth person. Mad respect to him and I hope he has a good season. Thank you so much!" -- Joey Augustine

Nice collection!424 views"I'm not the type of person to buy merchandise and get it signed to re-sell it. My friend Brad Waite and I have made it a priority to go to training camp every year to see our favorite players and of course, the team. We are both die hard fans and always attend events and games whenever we can. Theres a lot of memories within these few items and many more to come." -- John Fulton

February 23, 2015: A "Thank you" all the way from Cheyenne487 viewsFire Chief John McDougall, Francis E. (FE) Warren Air Force Base in Cheyenne Wyoming, told us back in January that MSgt Joel Harr is “the biggest Pittsburgh Steelers fan I know (and I know lots!),†and was set to retire in February as an active duty member of the US Air Force after 20 years of service. Chief McDougall was searching for a suggestion “on how we can make Joel’s retirement very special.â€
More from Chief McDougall:
“Joel grew up in a small town in West Virginia and is an avid fan of the Steelers. I was hoping to make his retirement on February 20th very special. Joel has a family; his wife Karen, sons Braden and Jack, and daughter Evelyn. Karen is an active Duty MSgt as well, and is as much of a fan of the Steelers as Joel is since she grew up in PA. My goal is simple, I want to make Joel’s retirement after 20 years of dedicated and extraordinary service to our great country a day he’ll long remember.â€
Presenting him with a game-worn, autographed Steelers Salute to Service 39THIRTY cap (with the camoflage bill) from Ben sounded like the perfect gift – the players wore those caps during the NFL’s Salute to Service month in November.
Chief McDougall agreed…and when the big day arrived, wanted to share the photos of MSgt Harr’s retirement celebration with us.

Johnny's Jeep (and RJ's too!)2240 viewsFrom Johnny Dabovich:
I've been a Steelers fan since the age of 7, I'm now 44. Growing up in New Mexico and now living in Colorado, it's hard to collect anything with 'Steelers' on it. So when I had the chance to paint a vehicle black and gold I jumped on it.
My son RJ is a huge fan of Ben, His entire room is covered with Steelers memorabilia. We went to Pittsburgh to watch the AFC Championship game but RJ was bummed he didn't get to ever meet a player, hopefully will get out there again during training camp so he can meet Ben or other players.
RJ would be pumped if he knew Ben saw "his" jeep.
I restored the jeep to have fun in the mountains and go off road, when it was complete I asked Kenny Banks to put a mural on the hood and some kind of a pattern down the side. He said he always wanted to do something big but he always had to paint what the customer wanted and nobody would have the patience to complete a big project. I told him that as long as it had something to do with the Steelers he could run with his idea.
So 18-months later, this is what the final project looks like. I always joke with Kenny that he ruined my jeep, cause now it just sits in the garage.
The pictures really don't do it justice. It won a car show here in Pueblo for best of show first time out. Most people see it for what it is and complement it, but there are those dumb Bronco fans that mock it.
*Johnny, thank you so much for sharing your photos!
