â€œMy first grade daughterâ€™s project was to disguise a turkey to keep it from becoming someoneâ€™s Thanksgiving dinner. Kayla has been a Big Ben fan from the beginning! One thing to know about Kayla is that she loves everything â€˜girlâ€™. Sheâ€™s a princess-loving ballerina for sure. But when it came time for this project she chose Big Ben all on her own! Kayla sports Benâ€™s jersey on game days and cheers for him above everyone else. If heâ€™s ever not playing she is heartbroken. This girl is a true fan!â€ â€” Michelle Babusci.

We think thatâ€™s just good parenting showing through! Well done, Kayla (and mom!).

Six-year old Zane is a first grader at Elida Elementary School (the same school that Big Benâ€™s dad went to) in Lima, Ohio (where Big Ben was born)!

His teacher, Mrs. Fullenkamp, came up with a fun project called, â€œDisguise the Turkeyâ€: her class could disguise a turkey any way they wanted so it didnâ€™t get eaten on Thanksgiving Day! Yikes!!

So Zane, a HUGE Steelers & Big Ben fan, decided to disguise his turkey as Ben, â€œThe best quarterback in the NFL!â€ That way, he could get away from the hunters like he gets away from defensive linemen! Zane, youâ€™re a wise young man!
