March 5, 2008 - Charity Basketball Event2548 views Steeler defensive end Brett Keisel was up to his antics again Wednesday Night, this time at the Riverside High School. Antics that included hoisting a lucky fan, this time a young Steeler fan, high above his shoulders for a slam dunk and also throwing down a dunk of his own -- all part of the show the Steeler basketball team put on against the Riverside B.E. Taylor & Company squad.
Keisel and the rest of the Steeler basketball team were joined Wednesday night by quarterback Ben Roethlisberger.
Big Ben played the entire game, showed his hops by throwing down some dunks during the game, and spent half-time signing autographs for the fans.
The Steeler squad consisted of some of the same players that attended Lincoln High School last Friday night along with running back Najah Davenport and Roethlisberger. Proceeds from the event benefited the Riverside girls' varsity softball team.
